Resident I.D Cards: San Diego City Resident I.D. Cards can be purchased at Balboa Park Golf Course or Torrey Pines Golf Course from 7:00 - 11:00 a.m. daily or by appointme4ntdwwfor $ 25.00 with proof of residency.
Directions: From I-5 take the Pershing Drive Exit. Turn right at the light on 26th St. then left on Golf Course Drive. The Balboa Park Golf Course Club House will be on the left and the 9 Hole Course on the right.
Notes & Comments: Great downtown San Diego views and just a 10 minute cab ride from downtown.
